Act with integrity. Treat customers how you would want to be treated. For example, instead of bombarding customers with sales emails, send useful content at respectful intervals. When customers trust that you will deliver what you promise on time, when they know they can count on you if something unexpected happens, they will be more likely to continue buying from you.
